Zac Efron seems to have put the reported swimming pool incident behind him after the star was taken to hospital in Spain on Friday night.
The celebrity was at a villa in Ibiza when two workers are said to have found him in the pool.
The 36-year-old’s representative has confirmed Zac Efron was hospitalized after the swimming pool incident but said it was a ‘precautionary measure’ after a ‘minor’ incident. They added he is ‘recovering just fine’.
The High School Musical star has now broken his silence after the reports and shared a message with fans.

Zac Efron ‘happy and healthy’ after swimming pool incident
The movie star captioned a photo on his Instagram Stories: “Happy and healthy, thanks for the well wishes”.
He was seen working out shirtless, laying on a pink exercise ball while lifting barbells.
Sources said two people working at the villa found him inside the swimming pool and pulled Zac Efron out of the water
He was released from hospital on Sunday morning.
Zac has been busy the past few weeks, attending a DJ Martin Garrix show and joining him on stage as well as enjoying an afternoon on a yacht a couple weeks ago following a St Tropez getaway.
He appears to be spending his summer in Europe as he also spent time in Paris to support USA gymnast Simone Biles.
Zac and Simone posed for a photo years ago when he gave her a peck on the cheek, which she did back to him in 2016 for Rio. Then for this year’s games, he posted a message of support on his stories.
He wrote: “So incredibly proud of you Simone Biles,” followed by a heart hands, gold medal and goat emoji.
