Chris Pratt has paid tribute to his friend and stunt double Tony McFarr after he dies suddenly at just 47.
The Guardians of the Galaxy star worked with the performer on the three films and became close pals during the movies.
McFarr passed away at his Florida home on Monday, his family have said, and it’s been a ‘shock’ as he lived an active and healthy lifestyle.
His mother Donna confirmed the tragic news but an official cause of death hasn’t been revealed.

The Orange County Medical Examiner is running toxicology reports while an investigation into his death continues.
Chris Pratt’s stunt double Tony McFarr has been in Hollywood for more than a decade, and appeared in more films on the silver screen aside from the Marvel flick.
He appeared in Jurassic World, The Hunger Games, Darkest Minds and Antman and The Wasp, as well as other credits.
Noah Keez, believed to be his nephew, paid tribute to him on social media.
He wrote: “RIP Uncle T I’m gonna miss you. Don’t be doin’ some outlandish stuff in heaven”.
Although Chris Pratt and Tony McFarr first worked together for the 2015 movie Jurassic World, he was working in the industry for 10 years before that.
His career began in 2011, when he bagged a small part on cop drama Bones.
Outside of Hollywood, he also owned successful restaurants Reel Bowls poke bar, and The Fit Kitchen. He studied business at Florida State University and obtained an MBA from LSU Shreveport.
