Former NFL center Jason Kelce crashed Wrestlemania last night and helped legend Rey Mysterio to victory.

The Philadelphia Eagles star, alongside his former teammate Lane Johnson, made surprise appearances on Saturday.

The future Hall of Famer isn’t a stranger to wrestling, as he bore a mask while watching brother Travis Kelce and the Chiefs win the Super Bowl back in February. Kelce wore the luchador mask when the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas, as he downed beers in the same suite with Taylor Swift.

Kelce and Johnson lent a helping hand to Rey Mysterio and Andrade’s team, who were facing Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar.

During night 1 of Wrestlemania 40, it descended into chaos as the battle faced the climax, when two huge luchadors showed up ringside.

Dominik was preparing to unleash a chair on his dad when the two luchadors – who ended up being the beasts from the Eagles – turned up at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

They threw Dominik into the ring post, giving Rey an edge.

After this, he was able to land a frog splash which led his team to the win.

When the match was over, the two luchador guests got into the ring to celebrate, and the removed their masks to reveal who they wore. They then tore off their shirts and celebrated with the crowd – which is Jason Kelce style as he did the same when the Chiefs won against the Bears earlier this year.

The surprise cameo was a big hit with fans.

One said: “I knew who it was the moment they jumped the barrier!! Best moment ever!’

“I have been waiting for this moment for 2 months!!!” added a second.

“He’s living large and enjoying himself. Love it,” a third penned.

After the battle, the 36-year-old posed for a photo with wrestling legend Dwayne Johnson, who fights under the name The Rock.

The offensive lineman has a lot of free time now, after retiring from the NFL after 13 seasons last month. In a teary-eyed press conference, he confirmed he was hanging up his clads after his long stint playing for Philadelphia.

The Miz believes Jason has a good standing in WWE and it could be his next career move.

“I watched him jump up at a Bills game from, like, down and jump up into a window, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, this guy is 300 pounds, how did he do that? That’s incredible,'” he told TMZ.

He even offered to train the seven-time Pro Bowler.

“Hell yeah! Into a superstar! As big as he is in the NFL, we’ll make him as big of a superstar in the WWE!” The Miz added.

“The charisma, the ability to talk on a microphone and be captivating and innovative is something I think he has a knack for. Whatever Jason Kelce wants to do, whether it is come to WWE for WrestleMania, wink, or do something in the NFL, whatever he wants to do, I think the world is his oyster.

“He could be very dangerous in a WWE ring – not only with just the athleticism and the part of the wrestling, which I think he can absolutely do.”
